Resource Directory For End-of-Life Care

About this Directory

Planning for the end-of-life experience is a very difficult challenge. If we wait until serious illness or injury threatens a loved one, or us, we're faced with a maze of issues and choices when we are least able to deal with them. Patients, their caregivers and family members may need help to get through such emotionally and physically trying times, but they often don't know where to turn for answers.

IPRO has created this directory to assist consumers to locate and access the services they need to plan for end-of-life care. The resources in this directory offer a broad range of services, including hospice care, family support, bereavement counseling, respite services and legal assistance. Some services are free and some are charged based on a sliding scale. In addition to the resources in this directory, you may wish to contact your church, synagogue or other place of worship to see what services they offer.
